Figures come from the public open data of ARCEP and ANFR, aggregated at national level. Each block states its source, reference period and licence (Licence Ouverte Etalab 2.0). Data is refreshed automatically with each new official release.

Where does the observatory data come from?+

Exclusively from public open data: ARCEP (the telecom regulator) for fibre and broadband, and ANFR (the national frequency agency) for mobile sites and masts. All are published under Licence Ouverte Etalab 2.0.

How often is the data updated?+

ANFR publishes monthly, ARCEP quarterly. An automated task regenerates our data with each new official release, and the reference period is shown on every page.

Can I reuse these statistics?+

Yes, under the Licence Ouverte Etalab 2.0: cite the original source (ARCEP or ANFR) and the date. We always show the attribution under each data block.
